Note: There is a milky/cloudy appearance over mostly darker colors due to the amount of glow pigment used to obtain the brightest glow.  You can layer this under your colors and still get a glow when charged.  You may need to charge for a longer time since it needs to go through the color. 

ALL GLOW DIPS MUST BE CHARGED USING A BRIGHT LIGHT 

Also, some glow powders do not continuously glow without being charged. For the best results, you will need to recharge them using an LED/UV light source.
